U18 I-League: United SC hold East Bengal to a Goalless Draw

United SC manage to hold the fellow Kolkata Club,East Bengal to a goalless draw, their second in as many games. The match was played under the afternoon sun which affected the pace of the match.

Both teams tried to create chance but failed to break the deadlock. As the Half Time approached, the pace of the game had slowed considerably with none of the team making any dangerous move into the opposition's half.

East Bengal's coach in an effort to break the dead lock, made the first substitution of the match in the 47th minute and brought Prakash Sarkar in place of Achinta Ghosh. But this change failed to make nay difference and the game ended in a tame draw with neither of the team disturbing the scoreboard.
