Mumbai City FC have strengthen their squad with the signing of Brazilian Goalkeeper Roberto Volpato Neto and Romanian Centre back, Lucian Goian for the upcoming season of Indian Super League.
The other foreigners at the club for the ISL 3 are Brazilian center back Gerson Vieira, Hungarian midfielder Krisztian Vadocz, Argetine attacking midfielder Matias Defederico and Haitian winger Sony Norde.

The 33- Year Old Centre back, Lucian Goian, started his career at now defunct Foresta Suceava in 2011. During his 15 year long career, he played for many Romanian Clubs and moved to Chinese Super League club, Tianjin Teda in 2012. He made 27 appearances during his stay at Tianjin, scoring twice. He spent the next two seasons at China League One club, Beijing Baxy FC, during which he scored 7 goals in 46 appearances.
