CHENNAI CITY FC SIGNS DHARAMRAJ RAVANAN



The new entrant to I-League have roped in the services of FC Pune City defender, Dharamraj Ravanan on a season long loan deal. He will also be donning Captain's arm band for the Chennai based club.

Ravanan hails from Trichy and has played for some of India's elite club including Dempo SC, Mohun Bagan AC, Mahindra United and Churchill Brothers.

His three year stint with Churchill Brothers SC (2011-14) were his most successful as he won all the major trophies (Durand Cup-2011, IFA Shield-2011, I-League-2012/13, Federation Cup-2013/14). He also captained the side during their I-League and Federation Cup triumphs.
